1. Where is your office located?

We do not have a physical office. Instead, we offer family practice visits in the comfort of your home, as well as telehealth and phone appointments for added convenience.

We care for patients within North Carolina and the northern regions of South Carolina within a 25-mile range of Charlotte, as well as those willing to travel to see us. For out-of-town patients outside of this range, we can arrange to meet at a neutral location, such as a hotel lobby, restaurant, or public library.

Yes, we follow the FLCCC protocols for outpatient COVID-19 treatment, including prescribing ivermectin when appropriate.

We do not administer vaccines directly. However, if you prefer vaccination, we can refer you to the Health Department.

No, we do not accept insurance. All payments are made through automatic monthly credit card or bank account withdrawals.

We do not provide hospital care. However, our focus on preventive care aims to reduce the likelihood of hospitalization.

Yes, we offer acute care services if the provider is available. Our goal is to manage as much care as possible over the phone for your convenience.

Blood draws are included at no additional cost during regular appointments. Alternatively, we can provide a lab order for you to take to Labcorp, where they will bill you directly for the tests.

Membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment. After that, you may cancel at any time.

Yes, rates may increase over time. Established patients will be grandfathered into their current rates until their payment card expires or their bank declines payment. If this happens, you will need to re-enroll at the updated rate.

Most inquiries can be addressed through your responses and email. However, in some cases, we may need to schedule a phone appointment to discuss your health history, medications, or current illness

Yes, we can provide mask and vaccine exemptions for both established patients and one-time consults, but only if medically indicated.
